Is it really free?: Yes, for vendors and organizers alike. MonKiosque takes no payment and no commission: you pay for your table directly to the organizers, as usual.
Do I need a password?: No. You sign in with your Google or Outlook/Hotmail account, or with a 6-digit code sent to your email.
Do I need an account to see the markets?: No. Anyone can see the markets, the map and the market pages without an account. Accounts are for vendors and organizers.
How do I hear about new markets?: Sign up for Alerts (link at the bottom of every page), no account needed: your email and the towns you care about. Confirm with the link sent by email. You can unsubscribe in one click.
What do you do with my information?: It is only used to run the site and stays in Canada. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Details on the Privacy page.
A market is missing or some information is wrong?: Write to us at info@monkiosque.ca with the market's name and the correction. If you are the organizer, you can also take over the page and fix it yourself (see "For organizers").
How do I delete my account or correct my information?: Write to us at info@monkiosque.ca. We answer within 30 days.

How do I book a table?: Open the market's page and use "Book a table" when the organizer takes requests online. Otherwise, write to them with the form on the page. You follow all your requests in "My bookings".
What do "Pending", "Accepted" and "Waitlist" mean?: Pending: the organizer has not answered yet. Accepted: your spot is reserved; pay for it following their instructions. Waitlist: the market is full; you get an email as soon as a spot frees up, and the first person to book it gets it.
How do I pay for my table?: Directly to the organizer, following the instructions in the acceptance email (Interac e-transfer, cash on site, etc.). If there is a deadline, you get a reminder 2 days before; without payment in time, the spot may go to another vendor. MonKiosque will never ask you for money.
I can no longer come. How do I cancel?: In "My bookings", click "Cancel": the spot is freed for another vendor. For a refund, check directly with the organizer.
Why can't I see the instructions for vendors?: They are for vendors only. Sign in and fill in your vendor profile to see them on every market page.

How do I publish my market?: Click "Publish my market for free" and tell us about your organization. After a quick check, you create and edit your markets yourself: dates, place, tables, prices, poster and documents.
My market is already on MonKiosque. How do I manage it?: Click "Publish my market for free" and tell us which market you run. After a quick check, it is added to your account and you can edit it yourself.
Can several people manage the market?: Yes. In your organization's "Team" section, invite your volunteers by email and choose what each one can do.
My market comes back every year. Do I redo everything?: No. Use "Copy" on an existing market: the details, tables, prices and floor plan are kept. You only pick the new dates.
How do I hide or remove a market?: Set it to "Hidden": it leaves the site while you get it ready. "Archive" puts it in your archives: it is no longer on the site, but you can still copy it for a new year or restore it.
Does MonKiosque collect table payments?: No. You set how you accept payment (Interac e-transfer, cash, etc.) and your deadline. Accepted vendors get these instructions by email; you tick "Paid" when you receive it. A spot not paid in time is released automatically.
